The Samuel Crocker Lawrence Library at the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts is reputed to contain the finest and most extensive collection of Masonic information in the Western Hemisphere. In addition to 70,000 volumes, it contains bound copies of Grand Lodge proceedings dating back to 1733.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Services<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The library’s most important function is to support the Masonic research needs of Massachusetts Masons. Research may be performed at the library on the second floor of Grand Lodge. The library also has an extensive collection of circulating material which any Massachusetts Mason in good standing may borrow for up to one month. If you are unable to visit the library, material may be requested by telephone, fax, e-mail, or in writing. Librarian, Cynthia Alcorn, would be pleased to assist you.<\/p>\n
